WE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR DON'T MESS WITH GANESH PURCHASE! IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT TOTALLY HAPPY WITH OUR ITEM(S), WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITH DMWG WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. YOUR ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. ONCE DMWG RECEIVES THE RETURN, VALIDATES THE RETURN WAS INITIATED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE, AND VERIFIES THE ITEMS ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PURCHASE. ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND FOR ANY REASON AFTER THE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY PERIOD. SALES AND DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE APPLIED ON PRIOR PURCHASES.

At this time, DMWG does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.dontmesswithganesh.com to submit a new order for your new items.
